The Scoop about Angie's List

Before I even contacted them, Angie’s List had Quinn’s Construction listed on their web site.  It seems that a customer we had done some masonry contracting for had written a recommendation on Angie's site.  Because the customer was an Angie’s List member, the recommendation held more weight and gave Quinn’s the chance to be on the wall of happiness.  At the time I was unaware of the growing popularity of Angie’s List, but I wanted to find out more about it because customers started calling because of the listing.

What I did find out is that Angie’s List awards businesses a rating based on their performance, as judged by their customers.  Out of thousands of service providers, approximately 5% of businesses on Angie’s List meet the eligibility requirements to be considered and even fewer actually receive the award. The Super Service Award honors service providers that have maintained a superior service rating on Angie's List throughout the past year.
